El Parlamento debatirá sobre jubilación de trabajadores químicos y política arancelaria de EEUU.
The Parliament of Cantabria will debate on Monday, April 21, regarding issues related to the early retirement of workers in the chemical sector – in a joint initiative of all groups represented in the Chamber -, the trade policy of the United States and the renewable institute projected in Viérnoles (Torrelavega).
The session, which will take place in the morning and afternoon, will begin at 12:00 with the motion of the Socialist Group on the transfer competition of the personnel of the Cantabrian Health Service (SCS).
It will be followed by the motion of Vox related to the distribution of unaccompanied foreign minors and that of the PRC regarding the criteria to streamline the recognition of disabilities.
Next, the Plenary will debate the Non-Legislative Proposal (PNL) of the PRC on the project of declaration decree of the Natural Area of Special Interest of the San Martín de la Arena estuary in the municipalities of Suances, Miengo, Polanco, Santillana del Mar and Torrelavega.
On the part of the PSOE, a PNL will be debated and voted on to complement the aid from the Government of Spain to companies and workers affected by the trade policy of the United States.
In this session, the joint proposal of PP, PRC, PSOE, and Vox to support the workers of the chemical industry for the application of reducing coefficients of their retirement age will be unanimously approved.
In addition, Vox calls for Cantabria to be declared a ‘Region for Life’, «guaranteeing and defending life as a fundamental right inherent to all human beings.»
CONTROL TO THE GOVERNMENT
In the session, the PSOE questions the Government about the situation of the building, teachers, students, and families of the CEIP El Pedregal, in Castro Urdiales.
For its part, Vox’s question refers to the control mechanisms and requirements established in public aid, guarantees, public financing, and capital investments to ensure that the committed public funds fulfill the purposes for which they were intended.
The PRC, on the other hand, wants to know the criteria that led to the decision to abandon the project of creating the Integrated Center for Vocational Training in Renewable Energies in Torrelavega.
The question session will start with a question from Vox regarding plans to integrate new diagnostic methods in the detection of Alzheimer’s in the public health system.
Meanwhile, the Regionalist Group presents a series of questions about the construction of the gymnasium at the IES Zapatero in Castro Urdiales. This same group also asks if there is an estimation of the impact on the Cantabrian economy of the trade policy of the United States.
The PSOE is also interested in the abandonment of the project of the Integrated Center for FP in Renewable Energies in Viérnoles and asks about the use of social networks and government websites.
Finally, Vox wants to know the non-financial revenues of the Cantabrian Government.
